18	18	Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
19	19	tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
20	20	SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
21	21	This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Historic Roadways 4
22	22	Protection Act’’. 5
23	23	SEC. 2. PROHIBITION ON USE OF USE OF FUNDS TO FINAL-6
24	24	IZE AND IMPLEMENT CERTAIN TRAVEL MAN-7
25	25	AGEMENT PLANS IN THE STATE OF UTAH. 8

32	32	ble period’’ means the period that begins on the date 2
33	33	of enactment of this Act and ends on the date on 3
34	34	which the Secretary certifies to Congress that each 4
35	35	of the R.S. 2477 cases has been adjudicated. 5

38	38	The term ‘‘covered travel management area’’ means 7
39	39	any of the following travel management areas in the 8
40	40	State of Utah: 9

43	43	(B) The Dinosaur (North) Travel Manage-12
44	44	ment Area. 13
