Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Healthcare Freedom 4
and Choice Act’’. 5

The final interagency rule published by the Internal 3
Revenue Service, the Employee Benefits Security Admin-4
istration, and the Health and Human Services Depart-5
ment relating to ‘‘Short-Term, Limited-Duration Insur-6
ance and Independent, Noncoordinated Excepted Benefits 7
Coverage’’ (89 Fed. Reg. 23338 (April 3, 2024)) shall 8
have no force or effect. 9
