46 | 46 | | ing, the Secretary of Energy finds that the proposed 12 |

47 | 47 | | exportation will be consistent with the public inter-13 |

48 | 48 | | est. The Secretary of Energy may by its order grant 14 |

49 | 49 | | such application, in whole or in part, with such 15 |
---|
50 | 50 | | modification and upon such terms and conditions as 16 |

51 | 51 | | the Secretary of Energy may find necessary or ap-17 |

52 | 52 | | propriate, and may from time to time, after oppor-18 |

53 | 53 | | tunity for hearing, and for good cause shown, issue 19 |
