| 37 | 37 | | (3) to make any voluntary contributions to the 11 |

| 38 | 38 | | United Nations or any entity of the United Nations 12 |

| 40 | 40 | | (A) fund, implement, develop, or otherwise 14 |

| 41 | 41 | | support the iVerify platform or any similar 15 |

| 43 | 43 | | (B) otherwise support initiatives that seek 17 |

| 44 | 44 | | to label speech or expression as mal-, mis-, or 18 |
