41 | 41 | | CBP.—Subsection (c) of section 411 of the Homeland Se-15 |

43 | 43 | | (1) by redesignating paragraphs (18) and (19) 17 |

44 | 44 | | as paragraphs (20) and (21), respectively; and 18 |

45 | 45 | | (2) by inserting after paragraph (17) the fol-19 |
