Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. PROHIBITION ON RUSSIAN PARTICIPATION IN 3
THE G7. 4
(a) S
TATEMENT OFPOLICY.—It is the policy of the 5
United States to exclude the Russian Federation from the 6
Group of Seven or reconstitute a Group of Eight that in-7
cludes the Russian Federation. 8
(b) L
IMITATION.—Notwithstanding any other provi-9
sion of law, no Federal funds are authorized to be appro-10
