2727 This Act may be cited as the ‘‘No Support for Terror 4
2828 Act’’. 5

3737 The Bretton Woods Agreements Act (22 U.S.C. 286 6
3838 et seq.) is amended by adding at the end the following: 7
3939 ‘‘SEC. 75. PREVENTING ALLOCATIONS OF SPECIAL DRAW-8
4040 ING RIGHTS FOR COUNTRIES THAT ARE PER-9
4141 PETRATORS OF GENOCIDE OR STATE SPON-10
4242 SORS OF TERRORISM. 11
4343 ‘‘The Secretary of the Treasury shall instruct the 12
4444 United States Executive Director at the Fund to use the 13
4545 voice and vote of the United States to— 14
4646 ‘‘(1) oppose the allocation of Special Drawing 15
4747 Rights to any country that is a perpetrator of geno-16
4848 cide or a state sponsor of terrorism, as determined 17
4949 by the Secretary of State; and 18
5050 ‘‘(2) advocate that the Fund adopt a rule pro-19
5151 hibiting such an allocation.’’. 20

5353 BEING PROVIDED TO THE TALIBAN OR 22
5454 OTHER TERRORIST ORGANIZATIONS OR 23

6262 (1) IN GENERAL.—The Secretary of the Treas-1
6363 ury, the Secretary of State, and the Administrator 2
6464 of the United States Agency for International Devel-3
6565 opment shall jointly conduct a review of assistance 4
6666 provided to nongovernmental organizations and 5
6767 international organizations to ensure such assistance 6
6868 is not being further provided to the Taliban or other 7
6969 terrorist organizations or countries that harbor ter-8
7070 rorist organizations in accordance with United 9
7171 States anti-terrorism financing laws. 10

7373 EPORT.—Not later than 90 days after the 11
7474 date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of 12
7575 the Treasury, the Secretary of State, and the Ad-13
7676 ministrator of the United States Agency for Inter-14
7777 national Development shall jointly submit to Con-15
7878 gress a report that contains the results of the review 16
7979 conducted under paragraph (1). 17

8181 ECIPIENTREQUIREMENTS.—Not later than 180 18
8282 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Sec-19
8383 retary of the Treasury, the Secretary of State, and the 20
8484 Administrator of the United States Agency for Inter-21
8585 national Development shall each require prime awardees 22
8686 of assistance to provide evidence that all sub-awardees of 23
