46 | 46 | | ‘‘(1) oppose the allocation of Special Drawing 15 |
---|
47 | 47 | | Rights to any country that is a perpetrator of geno-16 |
---|
48 | 48 | | cide or a state sponsor of terrorism, as determined 17 |

49 | 49 | | by the Secretary of State; and 18 |

50 | 50 | | ‘‘(2) advocate that the Fund adopt a rule pro-19 |
