SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 1
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Subterranean Border 2
Defense Act’’. 3
SEC. 2. ANNUAL REPORTS ON COUNTER ILLICIT CROSS- 4
BORDER TUNNEL OPERATIONS. 5
Paragraph (2) of section 7134(a) of the James M. 6
Inhofe National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 7
2023 (Public Law 117–263; 6 U.S.C. 257 note) is amend-8
ed by inserting ‘‘and annually thereafter’’ after ‘‘develop-9
ment of the strategic plan’’. 10
