Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Empowering Law En-4
forcement To Fight Sex Trafficking Demand Act of 5
2025’’. 6

SEC. 2. ADDITIONAL AUTHORIZED USE OF BYRNE JAG 1
FUNDS. 2
Section 501(a)(1) of the Omnibus Crime Control and 3
Safe Streets Act of 1968 (34 U.S.C. 10152(a)(1)) is 4
amended by adding at the end the following: 5
‘‘(I) Programs to combat human traf-6
ficking (including programs to reduce the de-7
mand for trafficked persons).’’. 8
