351	351	of any person that submits such information; 15
352	352	‘‘(6) if the Secretary has obtained written au-16
353	353	thorization from the person providing such informa-17
354	354	tion, and disclosure does not violate other require-18
355	355	ments of this Act; or 19
356	356	‘‘(7) in an aggregate or summary form that 20
357	357	does not directly or indirectly disclose the identity of 21
358	358	any person that submits such information.’’. 22
