the clean fuel production credit.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. REPEAL OF CLEAN FUEL PRODUCTION CREDIT. 3
(a) I
NGENERAL.—Part IV of subchapter A of chap-4
ter 1 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is amended 5
by striking section 45Z (and by striking the item relating 6
to such section in the table of sections for such part). 7

(b) EFFECTIVEDATE.—The amendment made by 1
this section shall apply to taxable years beginning after 2
December 31, 2024. 3
