SHORT TITLE. 3 This Act may be cited as the ‘‘No Retaining Every 4 Gun In a System That Restricts Your Rights Act’’. 5 SEC. 2. DESTRUCTION OF BUREAU OF ALCOHOL, TOBACCO, 6 FIREARMS AND EXPLOSIVES FIREARM 7 TRANSACTION RECORDS OF DISCONTINUED 8 FIREARMS BUSINESSES. 9 (a) I NGENERAL.—Within 90 days after the date of 10 the enactment of this Act, the Director of the Bureau of 11 Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives shall destroy 12 all firearm transaction records delivered to the Attorney 13 General pursuant to section 923(g)(4) of title 18, United 14 States Code. 15 (b) P REVENTING FUTUREFIREARMREGISTRA-16 TION.—Section 923(g)(4) of title 18, United States Code, 17 is amended by striking the 2nd and 3rd sentences. 18 SEC. 3.
