| 49 | 49 | | under the control or significant malign influence of 21 |
|---|
| 50 | 50 | | the Chinese Communist Party. 22 |

| 52 | 52 | | volved in a coverup of the Chinese Communist Par-24 |

| 53 | 53 | | ty’s response to the COVID–19 pandemic. 25 |
