33 | 33 | | NGENERAL.—Notwithstanding any other provi-6 |

34 | 34 | | sion of law, no funds available to any Federal department 7 |
---|
35 | 35 | | or agency may be used to seek membership by the United 8 |
---|
36 | 36 | | States in the World Health Organization or to provide as-9 |
---|
37 | 37 | | sessed or voluntary contributions to the World Health Or-10 |
---|
38 | 38 | | ganization until such time as the Secretary of State cer-11 |
---|
39 | 39 | | tifies to Congress that the World Health Organization 12 |
---|
40 | 40 | | meets the conditions described in subsection (b). 13 |

43 | 43 | | scribed in this subsection are the following: 15 |

44 | 44 | | (1) The World Health Organization has adopt-16 |
---|
45 | 45 | | ed meaningful reforms to ensure that humanitarian 17 |
---|
46 | 46 | | assistance is not politicized and is to be provided to 18 |
---|
47 | 47 | | those with the most need. 19 |
---|
48 | 48 | | (2) The World Health Organization is not 20 |
---|
49 | 49 | | under the control or significant malign influence of 21 |
---|
50 | 50 | | the Chinese Communist Party. 22 |
---|
51 | 51 | | (3) The World Health Organization is not in-23 |
---|
52 | 52 | | volved in a coverup of the Chinese Communist Par-24 |
---|
53 | 53 | | ty’s response to the COVID–19 pandemic. 25 |

71 | 71 | | (A) so-called ‘‘gender identity’’ and harm-15 |

72 | 72 | | ful rhetoric relating to ‘‘gender affirming care’’; 16 |

---|
74 | 74 | | (C) access to abortion. 18 |

75 | 75 | | (8) The World Health Organization has agreed 19 |

76 | 76 | | that as a condition of membership by the United 20 |
---|
77 | 77 | | States in the World Health Organization, no direc-21 |

78 | 78 | | tive issued by the World Health Organization may 22 |
