| 41 | 41 | | (A) maintains a valid commercial driver’s 12 |

| 42 | 42 | | license test examiner certification; 13 |

| 43 | 43 | | (B) completes a commercial driver’s license 14 |

| 44 | 44 | | skills test examiner training course that meets 15 |

| 45 | 45 | | the requirements of subsection (d) of such sec-16 |
