To clarify where court may be held for certain district courts
in Texas and California.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Local Access to Courts 4
Act’’ or ‘‘LACA’’. 5
SEC. 2. ORGANIZATION OF TEXAS DISTRICT COURTS. 6
Section 124(b)(2) of title 28, United States Code, is 7
amended, in the matter preceding paragraph (3), by in-8
serting ‘‘and College Station’’ before the period at the end. 9
