To direct the Secretary of Defense to provide fluid or pow-
dered milk to members of the Armed Forces at dining
facilities on military installations.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Strengthening our 4
Servicemembers with Milk Act’’. 5

SEC. 2. PROVISION OF MILK TO MEMBERS OF THE ARMED 1
FORCES AT DINING FACILITIES ON MILITARY 2
INSTALLATIONS. 3
(a) I
NGENERAL.—The Secretary of Defense shall 4
provide fluid or powdered milk to members of the Armed 5
Forces at dining facilities on military installations, in vari-6
eties that may include— 7
(1) unflavored; 8
(2) flavored; 9
(3) organic; 10
(4) non-organic; 11
(5) whole; 12
(6) reduced-fat; 13
(7) low-fat; 14
(8) fat-free; 15
(9) lactose-free; or 16
(10) any combination thereof. 17
(b) P
ROHIBITION.—The Secretary may not, to carry 18
out this section, purchase fluid or powdered milk from an 19
entity owned or controlled by a foreign adversary, as de-20
termined by the Secretary of Commerce under section 7.4 21
of title 15, Code of Federal Regulations (or successor reg-22
ulation). 23
