unlawful voting an aggravated felony.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Deport Illegal Voters 4
Act of 2025’’. 5

SEC. 2. EXPANDING THE DEFINITION OF AGGRAVATED 1
FELONIES UNDER THE IMMIGRATION AND 2
NATIONALITY ACT. 3
(a) I
NGENERAL.—Section 101(a)(43) of the Immi-4
gration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1101(a)(43)) is 5
amended— 6
(1) in subparagraph (T), by striking ‘‘and’’ at 7
the end; 8
(2) by redesignating subparagraph (U) as sub-9
paragraph (V); and 10
(3) by inserting after subparagraph (T) the fol-11
lowing: 12
‘‘(U) voting in violation of any Federal, State, 13
or local constitutional provision, statute, ordinance, 14
or regulation; and’’. 15
(b) C
ONFORMINGAMENDMENT.— 16
(1) I
NADMISSIBILITY.—Section 212(a)(10)(D) 17
of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 18
1182(a)(10)(D)) is amended to read as follows: 19
‘‘(D) U
NLAWFUL VOTERS .—Any alien who 20
has voted in violation of any Federal, State, or 21
local constitutional provision, statute, ordi-22
nance, or regulation is inadmissible.’’. 23

(2) DEPORTABILITY.—Section 237(a) of the 1
Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1227(a)) 2
is amended by striking paragraph (6). 3
