To prohibit the use of Federal funds to study, propose, 
establish, implement, or enforce any mileage tax, includ-
ing through the funding of a mileage tracking program. 
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘No Track No Tax Act 4
of 2025’’. 5

SEC. 2. PROHIBITION ON USE OF FEDERAL FUNDS FOR IM-1
PLEMENTATION OF MILEAGE TAXES. 2
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, no Fed-3
eral funds may be obligated or expended, directly or indi-4
rectly, to study, propose, establish, implement, or enforce 5
any State, local, or Federal mileage tax, including through 6
the funding of a mileage tracking program. 7
