19	19	To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to extend
20	20	incentive payments for participation in eligible alternative
21	21	payment models under the Medicare program.
22	22	Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
23	23	tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
24	24	SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
25	25	This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Preserving Patient Ac-4
26	26	cess to Accountable Care Act’’. 5

34	34	NGENERAL.—Section 1833(z) of the Social Se-4
35	35	curity Act (42 U.S.C. 1395l(z)) is amended— 5
36	36	(1) in paragraph (1)(A)— 6
37	37	(A) by striking ‘‘with 2026’’ and inserting 7
38	38	‘‘with 2027’’; and 8
39	39	(B) by inserting ‘‘, or, with respect to 9
40	40	2027, 3.53 percent’’ after ‘‘1.88 percent’’; 10
41	41	(2) in paragraph (2)— 11
42	42	(A) in subparagraph (B)— 12
43	43	(i) in the subsection heading, by strik-13
44	44	ing ‘‘
