SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Lunar New Year Day 4
Act’’. 5

SEC. 2. LUNAR NEW YEAR DAY. 1
Section 6103(a) of title 5, United States Code, is 2
amended by inserting after the item relating to the Birth-3
day of Martin Luther King, Jr., the following: 4
‘‘Lunar New Year Day.’’. 5
