and Armed Services, for a period to be subsequently determined by the
Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within
the jurisdiction of the committee concerned
A BILL
To revoke the security clearances of certain former members
of the intelligence community, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Drain the Intelligence 4
Community Swamp Act of 2025’’. 5
SEC. 2. REVOCATION OF SECURITY CLEARANCES. 6
(a) I
NGENERAL.—Not later than 24 hours after the 7
date of enactment of this Act, the security clearance of 8

any individual listed in subsection (c), signatories of the 1
statement titled ‘‘Public Statement on the Hunter Biden 2
Emails’’ dated October 19, 2020, are hereby revoked, and 3
no security clearance may be granted or renewed for any 4
such individual. 5
(b) I
NVESTIGATIONS.—The Secretary of Defense and 6
the Attorney General shall investigate such individuals 7
and their role in the Hunter Biden laptop scandal and 8
level of engagement with the Biden Presidential campaign. 9
(c) I
