for Muleshoe National Wildlife Refuge.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. IMPLEMENTATION OF LAND PROTECTION 3
PLAN FOR MULESHOE NATIONAL WILDLIFE 4
REFUGE PROHIBITED. 5
The Secretary of the Interior may not finalize, imple-6
ment, administer, or enforce the Land Protection Plan de-7
scribed in the document published by the United States 8
Fish and Wildlife Service titled ‘‘Final Land Protection 9
