AN ACT
To amend title 38, United States Code, to expand the au-
thority of the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to provide
or assist in providing a vehicle adapted for operation
by a disabled individual to certain eligible persons, by
paying expenses associated with the delivery of such vehi-
cle, and for other purposes. 2

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Deliver for Veterans 4
Act’’. 5
SEC. 2. AUTHORITY OF THE SECRETARY OF VETERANS AF-6
FAIRS TO PAY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE 7
DELIVERY OF AN ADAPTIVE VEHICLE TO AN 8
ELIGIBLE PERSON. 9
Section 3902(a) of title 38, United States Code, is 10
amended by striking ‘‘by paying the total purchase price 11
of the automobile or other conveyance’’ and inserting ‘‘by 12
paying the total purchase price of the automobile or other 13
conveyance, and the total shipping price to deliver the 14
automobile or other conveyance to the veteran’’. 15
SEC. 3. EXTENSION OF CERTAIN LIMITATION OF PENSION 16
PAYMENTS. 17
Section 5503(d)(7) of title 38, United States Code, 18
is amended by striking ‘‘November 30, 2031’’ and insert-19
ing ‘‘March 31, 2032’’. 20
