SECTION 1. PROHIBITING VOTING BY NONCITIZENS IN DIS-3
TRICT OF COLUMBIA ELECTIONS. 4
An individual who is not a citizen of the United 5
States may not vote in an election for public office in the 6

erendum in the District of Columbia. 2
SEC. 2. REPEAL OF LOCAL RESIDENT VOTING RIGHTS 3
AMENDMENT ACT OF 2022. 4
The Local Resident Voting Rights Amendment Act 5
of 2022 (D.C. Law 24–242) is repealed, and any provision 6
of law amended or repealed by such Act shall be restored 7
or revived as if such Act had not been enacted into law. 8
