3636 EPORT.—Not later than 180 days after the date 6
3737 of the enactment of this Act, the Comptroller General of 7
3838 the United States shall submit a report to the appropriate 8
3939 committees of Congress that contains— 9
4040 (1) the Comptroller General’s findings from the 10
4141 study conducted under subsection (a); and 11
4242 (2) the Comptroller General’s recommendations 12
4343 to help lower food at home costs for United States 13
4444 consumers. 14
