SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Deliver Housing Now 4
Act of 2025’’. 5

Section 204(b) of the Omnibus Consolidated Rescis-4
sions and Appropriations Act of 1996 (42 U.S.C. 1437f 5
note) is amended by striking ‘‘up to 30’’ and inserting 6
‘‘not less than 15’’. 7
