55 | 55 | | NGENERAL.—For the purpose of improving the 23 |

56 | 56 | | academic achievement and recovery of students, as defined 24 |

57 | 57 | | by each State educational agency’s academic standards 25 |

58 | 58 | | pursuant to section 1111 of part A of title I of the Ele-26 |

72 | 72 | | tions and plans submitted by local educational agencies 10 |

73 | 73 | | to State educational agencies during that year, during 11 |

74 | 74 | | which time such applications and plans will be approved 12 |

75 | 75 | | by the Secretary and Advisory Board. 13 |

77 | 77 | | RANTAMOUNTS.—Of the total amount made 14 |

78 | 78 | | available for a fiscal year pursuant to section 2(b)(1), the 15 |

108 | 108 | | (1) the number or percentage of students eligi-15 |

109 | 109 | | ble for services under title I of the Elementary and 16 |
