40 | 40 | | under subsection (a)(2), the Director of the United States 9 |

41 | 41 | | Geological Survey shall utilize 3D elevation data (as that 10 |

42 | 42 | | term is defined in section 2 of the National Landslide Pre-11 |
---|
43 | 43 | | paredness Act (43 U.S.C. 3101)) collected pursuant to 12 |
---|
44 | 44 | | section 5 of that Act (43 U.S.C. 3104). 13 |
