19-NGENERAL.—The additional preventive care 6
20-services and items for chronic conditions that may be 7
21-treated as preventive care for purposes of section 8
22-223(c)(2)(C) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 as set 9
23-forth in IRS Notice 2019–45 shall have the same force 10
24-and effect as if included in the enactment of this Act. 11
31+NGENERAL.—The additional preventive care 3
32+services and items for chronic conditions that may be 4
33+treated as preventive care for purposes of section 5
34+223(c)(2)(C) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 as set 6
35+forth in IRS Notice 2019–45 shall have the same force 7

26-OINFERENCE.—To the extent not inconsistent 12
27-with this section, no inference shall be made from sub-13
28-section (a) with respect to such other rules or guidance 14
29-as the Secretary has provided, or may provide, with re-15
30-spect to preventive services for purposes of section 16
31-223(c)(2)(C) of such Code. 17
