3838 NGENERAL.—The second section 764 of the 13
3939 Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 294t), as added by 14
4040 section 4 of the Dr. Lorna Breen Health Care Provider 15
4141 Protection Act (Public Law 117–105), is amended— 16
4242 (1) by redesignating such section 764 as section 17
4343 764A; 18
4444 (2) in subsection (a)(3)— 19
4545 (A) by striking ‘‘to eligible entities in’’ and 20
4646 inserting ‘‘to eligible entities that— 21
4747 ‘‘(A) are in’’; 22
4848 (B) by striking the period and inserting ‘‘; 23
4949 or’’; and 24
5050 (C) by adding at the end the following: 25
