SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Time of Service Act’’. 4

ASSISTANCE PROGRAM OF DEPARTMENT OF 3
VETERANS AFFAIRS. 4
Section 3321(a) of title 38, United States Code, is 5
amended— 6
(1) in paragraph (1), by striking ‘‘January 1, 7
2013’’ and inserting ‘‘January 1, 2001’’; and 8
(2) in paragraph (2), by striking ‘‘January 1, 9
2013’’ and inserting ‘‘January 1, 2001’’. 10
