To amend the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 to
reauthorize the dairy business innovation initiatives.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. DAIRY BUSINESS INNOVATION INITIATIVES. 3
Section 12513 of the Agriculture Improvement Act 4
of 2018 (7 U.S.C. 1632d) is amended— 5
(1) in subsection (b), by striking ‘‘3’’ and in-6
serting ‘‘4’’; 7
(2) in subsection (g)(1)(A), by striking ‘‘3’’ and 8
inserting ‘‘4’’; and 9
