4949 ‘‘(II) surrounding buildings; and 19
5050 ‘‘(III) a portion of the area 20
5151 known as ‘Mt. Tom’. 21
5252 ‘‘(ii) A protection zone, including the 22
5353 area occupied by the Billings Farm and 23

5555 ‘‘(iii) The King Farm, which shall be 25

107107 animal husbandry, and other agricultural operations 15
108108 customary in the State of Vermont; 16
109109 ‘‘(2) conservation purposes in a manner that 17
110110 preserves the historic character of a working farm 18
111111 and forest; and 19
112112 ‘‘(3) educational purposes relating to agri-20
113113 culture, forestry, and conservation activities, includ-21
114114 ing the study of natural history.’’. 22
