Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Stop Musk Act’’. 4

STITUTIONAL ACTIONS BY ELON MUSK 3
AGAINST FEDERAL AGENCIES. 4
No Federal employee may be retaliated against, in-5
cluding any retaliation occurring on or after the date of 6
the enactment of this Act, for resisting, circumventing, or 7
preventing Elon Musk or individuals he oversees from tak-8
ing unlawful or unconstitutional actions relating to Fed-9
eral agencies. 10
