(a) AUTHORIZATION.—Emancipation Hall in the 1
Capitol Visitor Center is authorized to be used on April 2
23, 2025, for a ceremony as part of the commemoration 3
of the days of remembrance of victims of the Holocaust. 4
(b) P
REPARATIONS.—Physical preparations for the 5
ceremony described in subsection (a) shall be carried out 6
in accordance with such conditions as the Architect of the 7
Capitol may prescribe. 8
