UTHORIZATION.—Emancipation Hall in the 6
Capitol Visitor Center is authorized to be used on June 7

(b) PREPARATIONS.—Physical preparations for the 1
conduct of the event described in subsection (a) shall be 2
carried out in accordance with such conditions as may be 3
prescribed by the Architect of the Capitol. 4
