Directing the Secretary of Homeland Security to transmit
to the House of Representatives certain documents relat-
ing to Department of Homeland Security policies and
activities related to domestic preparedness and collective
response to terrorism and the Department’s cybersecurity
activities.
Resolved, That not later than 14 days after the date 1
of the adoption of this resolution, the Secretary of Home-2

land Security is directed to transmit to the House of Rep-1
resentatives copies of any documentation, including any 2
document, record, memo, correspondence, or other com-3
munication, or any portion of any such documentation, of 4
the Department of Homeland Security relating to domes-5
tic preparedness and collective response to terrorism and 6
the Department’s cybersecurity activities, to the extent 7
such documentation or any portion thereof is in the pos-8
session of the Secretary, that refers or relates to the fol-9
lowing: 10
(1) Any documentation related to any pause of 11
Department grants, loans, or other financial assist-12
ance contemplated or ordered on or after January 13
20, 2025. 14
(2) Any documentation related to the imple-15
mentation of Executive Order 14159, Executive 16
Order 14169, Executive Order 14162, Executive 17
Order 14154, Executive Order 14151, Executive 18
Order 14168, Executive Order 14182, and Office of 19
Management and Budget Memorandum M–25–13 at 20
the Department. 21
(3) Any documentation related to the evaluation 22
of potential risks to domestic preparedness and col-23
lective response to terrorism or the Department’s cy-24
bersecurity activities related to directives con-25
