RESOLUTION
Providing for the consideration of the resolution (H. Res.
23) permitting parental remote voting by proxy, and
for other purposes.
Resolved, That immediately upon adoption of this res-1
olution, without intervention of any point of order, the 2
House shall proceed to the consideration in the House of 3
the resolution (H. Res. 23) permitting parental remote 4
voting by proxy, and for other purposes. The resolution 5
shall be considered as read. The previous question shall 6
be considered as ordered on the resolution to adoption 7
without intervening motion or demand for division of the 8
question except one hour of debate equally divided and 9
