SEC. 2. ESTABLISHMENT OF MEMBERS’ REPRESENTA-1
TIONAL ALLOWANCE FOR FISCAL YEARS 2026 2
AND 2027. 3
(a) E
STABLISHMENT.—The Members’ Representa-4
tional Allowance established under section 101 of the 5
House of Representatives Administrative Reform Tech-6
nical Corrections Act (2 U.S.C. 5341) shall, for each 7
Member or Member-elect of the House, be equal to— 8
(1) the amount of such Allowance with respect 9
to the district from which the Member or Member- 10
elect is elected for fiscal year 2025; reduced by 11
(2) $100,000. 12

FFECTIVEDATE.—This section shall apply with 13
respect to fiscal year 2026 and fiscal year 2027. 14
