Of inquiry requesting the President to transmit certain docu-
ments to the House of Representatives relating to the
conflicts of interest of Elon Musk and related informa-
tion.
Resolved, That the President is requested to transmit, 1
to the extent that such documents are in the possession 2

of the President, to the House of Representatives, not 1
later than 14 days after the adoption of this resolution, 2
in a complete and unredacted form, a copy of any docu-3
ment, record, report, memorandum, correspondence, or 4
other communication that refers or relates to— 5
(1) Elon Musk and his role, official or nonoffi-6
cial, with the Federal Government; 7
(2) any realized or perceived conflict of interest 8
Elon Musk may have related to his role with the 9
United States DOGE Service (commonly referred to 10
as the ‘‘Department of Government Efficiency’’ or 11
‘‘DOGE’’), any DOGE agency team, or any other 12
government or pseudo-government entity; 13
(3) any Elon Musk-owned, -managed, -licensed, 14
or -controlled corporations, partnerships, limited li-15
ability companies, limited partnerships, or ventures, 16
or entity on which Elon Musk serves on the board 17
of directors; or 18
(4) any Federal Government contract involving 19
any Elon Musk-owned, -managed, -licensed, or -con-20
trolled corporations, partnerships, limited liability 21
companies, limited partnerships, or ventures, or enti-22
ty on which Elon Musk serves on the board of direc-23
tors. 24
