Administration after January 20, 2025, including infor-
mation on the Department of Government Efficiency’s
access to the Social Security Administration and to infor-
mation in the possession of such Administration.
Resolved, That the President of the United States is 1
requested to furnish the House of Representatives, not 2
later than 14 days after the date of adoption of this reso-3
lution, copies of any document, record, audio recording, 4
memorandum, call log, correspondence (electronic or oth-5
erwise), audit trails and audit logs, written agreements, 6
or other communication in his possession, or any portion 7
of any document, record, audio recording, memorandum, 8
call log, correspondence (electronic or otherwise), or other 9
communication, that refers or relates to the following: 10
(1) Access to, or usage of, the Social Security 11
Administration’s information technology systems (in-12
cluding systems used by the Administration to issue 13
and record social security account numbers, record 14
wages and earnings from self-employment, determine 15
eligibility for benefits, pay benefits, or to allow the 16
public to access information or services from the Ad-17
ministration) by the Department of Government Ef-18
ficiency (hereafter referred to as ‘‘DOGE’’), Elon 19
Musk, any member of his team, or any individual co-20
ordinating with the DOGE. 21

(3) Alignment and compliance by the Social Se-4
curity Administration with Executive Orders 14148, 5
14151, 14160, 14168, 14170, and 14171 of Janu-6
ary 20, 2025, Executive Order 14173 of January 7
21, 2025, Executive Order 14192 of January 31, 8
2025, and Executive Orders 14217 and 14219 of 9
February 19, 2025. 10
(4) The number of calls per day to the national 11
toll-free telephone number maintained by the Social 12
Security Administration for inquiries by the public, 13
for days after January 20, 2025, through the date 14
of enactment of this resolution. 15
(5) The number of calls per day and visitors 16
per day to Social Security Administration field of-17
fices and card centers, for days after January 20, 18
2025, through the date of enactment of this resolu-19
tion. 20
(6) The closure or consolidation of offices of the 21
Social Security Administration, including field of-22
fices, card centers, and hearing offices, occurring in 23
2025. 24
