2525 under certain unemployment programs, and for other pur-
2626 poses. All points of order against consideration of the bill are
2727 waived. The amendment in the nature of a substitute rec-
2828 ommended by the Committee on Ways and Means now print-
2929 ed in the bill shall be considered as adopted. The bill, as
3030 amended, shall be considered as read. All points of order
3131 against provisions in the bill, as amended, are waived. The
3232 previous question shall be considered as ordered on the bill,
3333 as amended, and on any further amendment thereto, to final
3434 passage without intervening motion except: (1) one hour of
