4	4	Resolved, That upon adoption of this resolution it shall
5	5	be in order to consider in the House the joint resolution
6	6	(H.J. Res. 25) providing for congressional disapproval under
7	7	chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule sub-
8	8	mitted by the Internal Revenue Service relating to ‘‘Gross
9	9	Proceeds Reporting by Brokers That Regularly Provide Serv-
10	10	ices Effectuating Digital Asset Sales’’. All points of order
11	11	against consideration of the joint resolution are waived. The
12	12	joint resolution shall be considered as read. All points of
13	13	order against provisions in the joint resolution are waived.
14	14	The previous question shall be considered as ordered on the
15	15	joint resolution and on any amendment thereto to final pas-
16	16	sage without intervening motion except: (1) one hour of de-
17	17	bate equally divided and controlled by the chair and ranking
18	18	minority member of the Committee on Ways and Means or
19	19	their respective designees; and (2) one motion to recommit.

21	21	EC. 2. Upon adoption of this resolution it shall be in
22	22	order to consider in the House the bill (H.R. 1156) to amend 2
23	23	•HRES 211 EH
24	24	the CARES Act to extend the statute of limitations for fraud
25	25	under certain unemployment programs, and for other pur-
26	26	poses. All points of order against consideration of the bill are
27	27	waived. The amendment in the nature of a substitute rec-
28	28	ommended by the Committee on Ways and Means now print-
29	29	ed in the bill shall be considered as adopted. The bill, as
30	30	amended, shall be considered as read. All points of order
31	31	against provisions in the bill, as amended, are waived. The
32	32	previous question shall be considered as ordered on the bill,
33	33	as amended, and on any further amendment thereto, to final
34	34	passage without intervening motion except: (1) one hour of
35	35	debate equally divided and controlled by the chair and rank-
36	36	ing minority member of the Committee on Ways and Means
37	37	or their respective designees; and (2) one motion to recommit.

40	40	order to consider in the House the bill (H.R. 1968) making
41	41	further continuing appropriations and other extensions for
42	42	the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025, and for other pur-
43	43	poses. All points of order against consideration of the bill are
44	44	waived. The amendment printed in the report of the Com-
45	45	mittee on Rules accompanying this resolution shall be consid-
46	46	ered as adopted. The bill, as amended, shall be considered as
47	47	read. All points of order against provisions in the bill, as
48	48	amended, are waived. The previous question shall be consid-
49	49	ered as ordered on the bill, as amended, and on any further 3

60	60	U.S.C. 1622) with respect to a joint resolution terminating
61	61	a national emergency declared by the President on February
62	62	1, 2025.
