resolution; which was referred to the Committee on Rules
RESOLUTION
Providing for consideration of the bill (H.R. 1101) to pro-
hibit unlawful access to the payment system of the Bu-
reau of the Fiscal Service within the Department of
the Treasury, and for other purposes.
Resolved, That immediately upon adoption of this res-1
olution, the House shall proceed to the consideration in 2
the House of the bill (H.R. 1101) to prohibit unlawful ac-3
cess to the payment system of the Bureau of the Fiscal 4
Service within the Department of the Treasury, and for 5
other purposes. All points of order against consideration 6
of the bill are waived. The bill shall be considered as read. 7
All points of order against provisions in the bill are 8

waived. The previous question shall be considered as or-1
dered on the bill and on any amendment thereto to final 2
passage without intervening motion except: (1) one hour 3
of debate equally divided and controlled by the chair and 4
ranking minority member of the Committee on Financial 5
Services or their respective designees; and (2) one motion 6
to recommit. 7

EC. 2. Clause 1(c) of rule XIX and clause 8 of rule 8
XX shall not apply to the consideration of H.R. 1101. 9

EC. 3. The Clerk shall transmit to the Senate a mes-10
sage that the House has passed H.R. 1101 no later than 11
one week after passage. 12
