Resolved, That immediately upon adoption of this res-1 olution, the House shall proceed to the consideration in 2 the House of the bill (H.R. 1101) to prohibit unlawful ac-3 cess to the payment system of the Bureau of the Fiscal 4 Service within the Department of the Treasury, and for 5 other purposes. All points of order against consideration 6 of the bill are waived.
