27	27	Of inquiry requesting the President to provide certain docu-
28	28	ments in the President’s possession to the House of
29	29	Representatives relating to the access provided to the
30	30	staff and advisers of, including any individual working
31	31	for or in conjunction with, the Department of Govern-
32	32	ment Efficiency to the systems, applications, and ac-
33	33	counts, and any information contained therein, of the
34	34	Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection.

38	38	Resolved, That the President is requested to furnish 1
39	39	to the House of Representatives, not later than 14 days 2
40	40	after the adoption of this resolution, copies of any docu-3
41	41	ment, record, memo, correspondence, or other communica-4
42	42	tion in the possession of the President relating to the fol-5
43	43	lowing: 6
44	44	(1) Excluding any individual employed by the 7
45	45	U.S. Government prior to January 20, 2025, the 8
46	46	name, age, and all professional and background ex-9
47	47	perience of every individual that is working for, or 10
48	48	in conjunction with, the Department on Government 11
49	49	Efficiency (‘‘DOGE’’), including Elon Musk, Jeremy 12
50	50	Lewin, Jordan Wick, Gavin Kliger, Nikhil Rajpal, 13
51	51	Luke Farritor, Chris Young, and Edward Coristine, 14
52	52	that have been provided access to any system, appli-15
53	53	cation, or account of the Bureau of Consumer Fi-16
54	54	nancial Protection, including public facing and inter-17
55	55	nal websites and social media accounts, physical ac-18
56	56	cess control systems, and permissioning systems, or 19
57	57	any information contained therein. 20
58	58	(2) With respect to each individual described in 21
59	59	paragraph (1)— 22
60	60	(A) which of the systems, applications, ac-23
61	61	counts, physical access control systems, 24
62	62	permissioning systems, or information therein 25

71	71	(B) the level of clearance, access, author-6
72	72	ization, or any type of permission required to 7
73	73	gain access to each of the systems, applications, 8
74	74	accounts, physical access control systems, 9
75	75	permissioning systems, or information con-10
76	76	tained therein; 11
77	77	(C) the level of clearance, access, author-12
78	78	ization, or any type of permission held by the 13
79	79	individual; and 14
80	80	(D) whether any of the access that the in-15
81	81	dividual obtained or plans to obtain required or 16
82	82	will require a level of clearance, access, author-17
83	83	ization, or any type of permission that the indi-18
84	84	vidual did not have or will not have at the time 19
85	85	that individual gained or will gain access. 20
86	86	(3) Any information contained in systems, ap-21
87	87	plications, accounts, physical access control systems, 22
88	88	permissioning systems, or information therein de-23
89	89	scribed in paragraph (1) (including confidential su-24
90	90	pervisory information, personally identifiable infor-25

95	95	which an individual described in paragraph (1) has 2
96	96	been provided access that is not available to the pub-3
97	97	lic under section 552 of title 5, United States Code, 4
98	98	that has— 5
99	99	(A) been put into external systems, tools, 6
100	100	or locations, or otherwise shared with any other 7
101	101	person by any individual described in paragraph 8
102	102	(1); 9
103	103	(B) been copied or placed in the possession 10
104	104	of any individual described in paragraph (1); or 11
105	105	(C) been modified by any individual de-12
106	106	scribed in paragraph (1). 13
107	107	(4) With respect to the accesses described in 14
108	108	paragraph (1)— 15
109	109	(A) a list of all required steps to provide 16
110	110	individuals described in paragraph (1) with this 17
111	111	type of access (statutorily mandated or other-18
112	112	wise); and 19
113	113	(B) a list of all steps actually taken to pro-20
114	114	vide individuals described in paragraph (1) with 21
115	115	such accesses, the timeline of when such steps 22
116	116	were completed, the identity of each individual 23
117	117	who reviewed and approved the completion of 24
118	118	the required steps by each individual, and the 25

130	130	(B) the Privileged User Access Request 9
131	131	Form, along with the required business jus-10
132	132	tification, supervisor approval, system owner 11
133	133	approval, and Information System Security 12
134	134	Manager approval; and 13
135	135	(C) a list of trainings completed, including 14
136	136	all Privileged User Trainings. 15
137	137	(6) A list of identified and potential conflicts of 16
138	138	interest implicated by individuals described in para-17
139	139	graph (1), steps taken to mitigate such conflicts of 18
140	140	interest, and the name of the individual who re-19
141	141	viewed and approved the status of each individual 20
142	142	with respect to such conflicts of interest. 21
143	143	(7) The total number of full-time equivalent 22
144	144	employees of the Bureau of Consumer Financial 23
