3838 Resolved, That the President is requested to furnish 1
3939 to the House of Representatives, not later than 14 days 2
4040 after the adoption of this resolution, copies of any docu-3
4141 ment, record, memo, correspondence, or other communica-4
4242 tion in the possession of the President relating to the fol-5
4343 lowing: 6
4444 (1) Excluding any individual employed by the 7
4545 U.S. Government prior to January 20, 2025, the 8
4646 name, age, and all professional and background ex-9
4747 perience of every individual that is working for, or 10
4848 in conjunction with, the Department on Government 11
4949 Efficiency (‘‘DOGE’’), including Elon Musk, Jeremy 12
5050 Lewin, Jordan Wick, Gavin Kliger, Nikhil Rajpal, 13
5151 Luke Farritor, Chris Young, and Edward Coristine, 14
5252 that have been provided access to any system, appli-15
5353 cation, or account of the Bureau of Consumer Fi-16
5454 nancial Protection, including public facing and inter-17
5555 nal websites and social media accounts, physical ac-18
5656 cess control systems, and permissioning systems, or 19
5757 any information contained therein. 20
5858 (2) With respect to each individual described in 21

8484 vidual did not have or will not have at the time 19

8686 (3) Any information contained in systems, ap-21
8787 plications, accounts, physical access control systems, 22
8888 permissioning systems, or information therein de-23
8989 scribed in paragraph (1) (including confidential su-24

115115 such accesses, the timeline of when such steps 22
116116 were completed, the identity of each individual 23
117117 who reviewed and approved the completion of 24
