RESOLUTION
Of inquiry requesting the President transmit certain docu-
ments in his possession to the House of Representatives
relating to the security clearances held by Elon Musk,
members of the United States Department of Govern-
ment Efficiency Service, and any other individual consid-
ered to be a member of the DOGE team.
Resolved, That the President is requested to transmit, 1
to the extent that such documents are in the possession 2
of the President, to the House of Representatives, not 3

later than 14 days after the adoption of this resolution, 1
in complete and unredacted form, a copy of any and all 2
documents and communications related to the vetting of, 3
background investigations of, and security clearance held 4
by individuals employed by, contracted with, or otherwise 5
working with, in an official or unofficial capacity, the 6
United States DOGE Service (commonly referred to as the 7
‘‘Department of Government Efficiency’’ or ‘‘DOGE’’) or 8
any DOGE agency team, including— 9
(1) Elon Musk; 10
(2) Akash Bobba; 11
(3) Edward Coristine; 12
(4) Ethan Shaotran; 13
(5) Luke Farritor; 14
(6) Gautier Cole Killian; and 15
(7) Gavin Kliger. 16
