RESOLUTION
Dismissing the election contest relating to the office of Rep-
resentative from the Fourteenth Congressional District
of Florida.
Resolved, That the election contest filed on November 1
17, 2024, relating to the office of Representative from the 2
Fourteenth Congressional District of Florida is dismissed 3
on the grounds that, under section 2(1) of the Federal 4
Contested Election Act (2 U.S.C. 381(1)), the House of 5
Representatives has jurisdiction over official general and 6
special elections to choose a Representative in, or Delegate 7
