3131 ment Efficiency’’ of legally-protected identity and finan-
3232 cial data stored in the National Directory of New Hires
3333 and the Federal Parent Locator Service.

3737 Resolved, That the President of the United States is 1
3838 requested, and the Secretary of Health and Human Serv-2
3939 ices is directed, to transmit, to the extent that such docu-3
4040 ments are in the possession of the President or the Sec-4
4141 retary, to the House of Representatives, not later than 14 5
4242 days after the date of adoption of this resolution, copies 6
4343 of any document, record, audio recording, memorandum, 7
4444 call log, correspondence (electronic or otherwise), activity 8
4545 logs, audit trails, audit logs, written agreements, or other 9
4646 communication or any portion of any such communication, 10
4747 that refers or relates to the following: 11
4848 (1) Any request from the United States DOGE 12
4949 Service (commonly referred to as the ‘‘Department 13
5050 of Government Efficiency’’ or ‘‘DOGE’’), and any 14
5151 authorization provided to DOGE, to access any in-15
5252 formation on any American worker which is pro-16
5353 tected under section 453 of the Social Security Act 17
5454 or section 6103 of the Internal Revenue Code of 18
5555 1986 and stored in the National Database of New 19
5656 Hires (in this resolution referred to as ‘‘NDNH’’). 20
5757 (2) The location of, and data security protec-21
5858 tions applied to, any copies of all or part of the data 22
5959 made by DOGE employees. 23
6060 (3) Prior legal opinions or other internal com-24
6161 munications regarding requests to access NDNH 25

7171 (4) Any request from DOGE for any confiden-7
7272 tial financial information or personally identifiable 8
7373 information of more than 40,000,000 Americans, in-9
7474 cluding over 19,000,000 which is stored in the Fed-10
7575 eral Parent Locator Service (in this resolution re-11
7676 ferred to as ‘‘FPLS’’), which is used to facilitate 12
7777 child support payments to children from non-custo-13
7878 dial parents. 14
7979 (5) Staff terminations, retirements, or resigna-15
8080 tions of employees of the Department of Health and 16
8181 Human Services with responsibilities related to the 17
8282 FPLS or the NDNH after the date of the first re-18
8383 quest by DOGE for information stored in the Fed-19
8484 eral Case Registry. 20
8585 (6) Any attempt by DOGE employees to access 21
8686 information obtained pursuant to section 453(a)(2) 22
8787 of the Social Security Act. 23
