| 17 | 17 | | States with nearly 90,000 individuals diagnosed each |

| 19 | 19 | | (2) is the fastest-growing and second most common |

| 20 | 20 | | neurodegenerative disease in the world; |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | (3) is believed to be caused by a combination of ge- |

| 22 | 22 | | netic and environmental factors, but the exact cause in |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | most individuals is still unknown; and |

| 24 | 24 | | (4) is the 15th leading cause of death in the United |
