17 | 17 | | used, worn, remanufactured, or nonfunctional product or |

18 | 18 | | part is returned to a like-new, same-as-when-new, or bet- |
---|
19 | 19 | | ter-than-when-new condition, from both a quality and |
---|
20 | 20 | | performance perspective, through a controlled, reproduc- |
