ards; The ‘Omnibus’ Low NOX Regulation; Waiver of
Preemption; Notice of Decision’’; and for other purposes.
Resolved, That upon adoption of this resolution it 1
shall be in order to consider in the House any joint resolu-2
tion specified in section 2 of this resolution. All points of 3
order against consideration of each such joint resolution 4
are waived. Each such joint resolution shall be considered 5
as read. All points of order against provisions in each such 6
joint resolution are waived. The previous question shall be 7
considered as ordered on each such joint resolution and 8
on any amendment thereto to final passage without inter-9
vening motion except: (1) one hour of debate equally di-10
vided and controlled by the chair and ranking minority 11
member of the Committee on Natural Resources or their 12
respective designees; and (2) one motion to recommit. 13
